My first purchase with YK my young daughter wanted nothing more for her birthday then YK hoodie ..easy places and order got a tracking number day 1 , no update on tracking , day 2 , same,day 3 still no update sent emails and chat's, day 4 dead air …day 5 mentioned this to someone who is a VIP customer they contacted and short time after I got a reply ! Saying the order is In transit ( excellent I thought) checked tracking, nothing .emailed again 24hrs later reply said sorry this size is out of stock !!my daughter was devastated we choose another style which was delivered 48 hrs later but the customer experience needs a lot of work … I can say this as I manage a contact centre and live and breathe customer experience.after all that the product it’s self is excellent quality
