Delivery
How long does it take to process my order?
We aim to dispatch in-stock items within 24 hours, but it may take up to 3-5 working days. Pre-orders may take longer. During Black Friday or sales periods, please allow 2-9 business days for shipping due to high order volumes.
How long does shipping take within New Zealand?
Domestic orders are typically delivered within 1-3 working days from the time of dispatch. However, please allow up to 8 working days for your order to arrive.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship internationally via DHL Express. Delivery typically takes 2-10 working days from dispatch, depending on the destination.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Full-priced items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. The item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
All sales during Black Friday, End of Year, or Boxing Day are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items
Is there a fee for returns or exchanges?
Yes, there is a $10.00 NZD handling fee for all returns and exchanges.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and approve your returned item, your refund will be processed within 2-5 working days and applied to your original payment method.
