FOR BLACK FRIDAY SALE PLEASE ALLOW 2-9 BUSINESS DAYS TO BE SHIPPED OUT DUE TO A HIGH INFLUX OF ORDERS.
NO RETURNS & EXCHANGES ON SALES - e.g Black Friday, End of Year or Boxing Day
Domestic orders - New Zealand
- All domestic orders are typically delivered within 1-3 working days from the time of despatch, however please allow up to 8 working days for your order to arrive.
International orders - Rest of the World
- All international orders are sent via DHL Express and we expect delivery within 2-10 working days from the time of despatch.

- Only full priced items are eligible for a refund or exchange. All sale items are final.
- Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- There is a handling fee of $19.99 for all returns and exchanges
To complete your return, please submit your return request through our Returns Portal. You'll need your order number and contact details handy. Follow the steps on the portal to select between exchanges or refunds options.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 2-5 working days.
